You began earning awards in the Hyundai Service Experience (HVX) Promotion the month after your dealership opted in to Tech Star.

%%Awards have been loaded! Your dealership opted in during April, so your earnings will reflect any awards earned in May and June. July awards will be paid out the week of August 15.%%

How do you earn?

Here’s a snapshot:
  1. Get training eligible: You must complete the 2022 Customer Satisfaction and Thorough Documentation (CS&TD) course AND achieve Certified level to earn awards.
  2. Achieve HVX Fixed Right, First Time (FRFT) goals: Earn awards on every eligible repair order (RO) you’re assigned to that meets the FRFT criteria.
  3. Earn Star Awards Points per RO based on your certification level:
CERTIFICATION LEVEL CERTIFIED EXPERT MASTER PLATINUM
Paid to assigned technician 1,000 points 1,300 points 1,700 points 2,000 points
